 Although the FDA has deemed cloned meat and other food products as safe as their un-cloned equivalents it is the consumer who should have the final say.  The American consumer has the right to make informed decisions about the food they consume. Our economy is a Free Market Economy.  One of the FDAs responsibilities is to inform the public then allow the consumer to make an informed choice. If the American Public agrees with the FDAs opinion then there is no problem.  But if the consumer wants unadulterated food that should be their right and the invisible hand of the Free Market will show it. All adulterated food of any sort should be clearly labeled as such.
