GENERAL
This is morally wrong. It is treating animals as if they were products. It is bad enough to treat them as if they were assembly line gadgets without also now removing them entirely from any natural life cycle. Already I try to avoid non-organic, factory-farm processed meat. Read the book Slaughterhouse by Gail Eisnitz for more info on what I'm talking about. Cloning just supports the idea that animals are not connected to the ways of the natural environment, but are simply products with which we can do as we please. My argument is spiritually-based so I doubt it will mean much to the typical atheistic robot scientist or FDA bureacrat.
