1. General Comments

As exporters of a frozen food product throughout the USA, we have some concerns regarding the length of time that will be required for notice of shipments. While the majority of our shipments are scheduled with sufficient advanced notice, we are often asked to provide product to our retail American customers on a rush basis. In these circumstances, it is not unusual for us to ship product from stock within an 8 hour time frame. In establishing the length of time requried for prior notice of shipments, we request that you consider the requirements our business needs to respond to our customers. Thank you.
