It's about time, the 'removal' of blood and it's products from feed and from 'all' animal feed(do farm raised fish count?). But what about the chicken litter?
As I read through the proposal I noticed 30 months and older seemed to be the age group the FDA is targeting(old dairy cows),yet most of our cattle is slaughtered around 18 months of age. When is this government going to be responsible and test all cattle or atleast let the companies that want to do the testing be 'allowed' to do so?
Protecting the health of the public should come before the profits of the corporations.
Because we are only testing alittle over 1% of the cattle, gives me little reassurance. Animal husbandry and agriculture in this country is being looted, altered, patented and contaminated. It is time for a serious look at how we can raise animals and crops in a natural sustainable fashion.
No PHD needed,just common sense!
Thank you,
