| Having been in the Rendering business for 37 years I can tell you that passage of this new feed rule will bring nothing but headache to everybody including the people doing it. It will be one of the times when some underling will be sacrificed for taking the blame for this passage. If anybody there can think it out you better find him now. You have people who want a perfect world to live in and I hope they find it on this planet. The rule is working now and if you adopt this change it will create a disaster for on farm pickup of fallen animals. I don't know how many Farmers are out there that raise livestock but you are going to stab alot of them in the pocket book. It will end up costing the government a lot of money as Farmers will be raising hell when they find out what has happened. When I was in grade school I was told that the government did what the people can't do or do as well. Passage of this not needed rule will tell me this is no longer the case and the government does whatever it wants to do no matter how bad the results. My son just joined our small renedering business this past June I see no future for him in this 76 year old business. Mark Simonsen
