GENERAL
As a consumer I STRONGLY oppose the use of non-ambulatory cattle in animal feed. To allow parts of the carcasses of downed and dead animals to be rendered for animal feed would be a tremendous mistake. This would remove the incentive for farmers to properly care for their animals so that they arrive at the slaughterhouse healthy.

Please see the informative website www.NoDowners.com for further information. I adopt and incorporate into these comments all the information on the www.NoDowners.com website.
