 Please do not pass this proposal.  No one wants to have milk that is not cow's in their ice cream.  As long as Aspertame ( and Splenda, both POISON)is on the market, any suggestion of a 'safe' sweetener is also wrong.  If this goes through, the ice cream industry will be doomed.
