On October 26, replying to letters received from both Director Zerhouniand Suzanne Servis (Director of the Office of Management Assessment at NIH), wesent a second substantial submission regarding the Tabak-Braveman deal with LSROInc. and BETAH Associates.

In ourreport, we suggest 16 issues pertaining to contract irregularities by the verytop people at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, partof a pattern to avoid independent review of mercury-based dental fillings - thusprotecting organized dentistry and withholding valuable information aboutmercury exposure to American families.

As I understand you are in charge of this investigation, we mailed you ahard copy of that letter, along with more than 20 exhibits.For your convenience, I am attaching anelectronic version of the report and its cover letter.The exhibits are not attached, but wehave scanned most or all of them, and can send them as well at yourrequest.
