On October 26, replying to lettersreceived from both Director Zerhouni and Suzanne Servis (Director of the Officeof Management Assessment at NIH), we sent a second substantial submissionregarding the Tabak-Braveman deal with LSRO Inc. and BETAH Associates. 

In ourreport, we suggest 16 issues pertaining to contract irregularities by the verytop people at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, partof a pattern to avoid independent review of mercury-based dental fillings – thusprotecting organized dentistry and withholding valuable information aboutmercury exposure to American families.

As I understand you are in charge ofthis investigation, we mailed you a hard copy of that letter, along with morethan 20 exhibits. For your convenience,I am attaching an electronic version of the report and its cover letter. The exhibits are not attached, but we havescanned most or all of them, and can send them as well at your request.
