| The British Government welcomes the opportunity that the FDA is providing for further comments on the interim final rule concerning the registration of food facilities under the Bioterrorism Act 2002. However, the deadline for submission of comments is 14th May 2004 and some UK companies have requested additional time in order to co-ordinate and submit comments.
