 public comment - there is substantial amount of data already collected on this subject. Taxpayers say we have enough and dont need any more of spending their tax dollars on this frippery.  I think these folks can go research the voluminous data already on file.  This is a repetitive survey and is reinventing the wheel.  



US is at war. It is time to do away with these unnecessary made up projects.
