 I would like to address my comments to the specific requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables need for prior notice.  I would like to request that the prior notice requirement be exempt.  Our products already go through very close inspection for phytosanatiry requirements and inspection upon entry into USA by USDA. This additional inspection will only add cost and possible delay to perishable commodities without achiving any additional security.
