 Yes , the food ship to u.s have to get all the advantage offer by the transmission and fast treatement from the C_TPAT and l'EXPRES.As I said, by a  certification of our business by the FDA agent. If the food is a strategic point , we have to be secure by a strategic action.  Concerning the delay of one hour I personnaly think that it's correct even for the EXPRESS. If we are as a company certified and conform with the C-TPAT request , we are suppose to be secure . I think there's nothing else to add . And yes we are as company regitrated to the C-TPAT/EXPRESS and we are on the processing.I doubt with one hour to send the prior notice that there more or less company who will be register in the program , there's a minimun of work to do and we need a minimum of time to do it before the shippement will be ready to be on the raod.
