Mr. Brown,

I am currently out of the office and won't be back until Tuesday afternoon. We did receive your phone message several days ago.

We decided to wait to respond to all inquiries until all contractual matters are resolved with the party that may conduct the review.  We decided to take this approach so that our answers could be definitive and direct as opposed to speculative. We thought that the negotiations would go much faster than they have and apologize for the delay. We hope that you understand and thank you for your patience.
