| As a blind consumer it is essential that prescription information be provided in a format that is accesable to us. It is not reasonable to expect us to depend on finding a sighted individual to dispense our medicaitons. We are as independent as any sighted person we just require different access to acheive the same goals. This lesislation will be a positive means of continuing our independence.
