Suppose one exporter exports one container of food to United Stated. In this container, it contains one ton of fishes and one ton of vegetable products, and vegetable product has two different package types, how many prior notices should we submit? 2. Are EMS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, DHL and TNT international mail? 3. Regarding food category, Chinese food is very much different from western food and is difficult to classify them according to western food category system. It is better to publish a guidance on how to put Chinese food into western food category system. 4. When foods arrive in American port, the carrier should bring the copy of the prior notice confirmation and the imported food together to customs. Therefore, the submitter should send the prior notice confirmation to carrier, we are wondering to whom the submitter should send, the carrier company or the vessel that transport the imported food to USA? 5. In interim regulation of prior notice, if changes in estimated quantity, anticipated arrival, planned shipment information does not require a new prior notice. Dose it also means that we do not need to revise them?
