| My question is about which manufacturer to use on a prior notice.
example 1 - we purchase candy from a china mfg, it then goes to another china mfg who puts the candy with the toy. The toy/candy is shipped from that mfg to the U.S. example 2 - we purchase candy from a U.S. mfg, ship it to a china mfg to add with a toy and then ship back to the U.S. example 3 - we purchase two different candies from 2 different mfg (both in China or both in U.S.) we ship to another mfg (china) who put both together with 1 toy and ships to the U.S. Which mfg do we put on the prior notice? the actual candy mfg or the last mfg that touches to toy/candy? Only one mfg is allowed on the prior notice | |||||||||||||||||||||||
