 The prior notice is hard to work with. My suggestion is to incorporate the prior notice info on to the customs documents the info is the same on both except for a few articles. We finf that we are repeating info alot and it is very time consuming. If all the info was on one document Customs and Pior Notice it would not be a problem to fill out.
