   It is nothing short of ridiculous that the FDA, after OVER a year, 
has not responded to the Abigail Alliance Citizens Petition originally 
filed on June 11 of LAST YEAR with the wonderful help of the 
Washington Legal Foundation.  The FDA is over six months past the FDA 
policy deadline.  This is simply a terrible way to respond to the 
needs of cancer patients and others fighting for their lives.
   It can be brief, but please write or email your Representative and 
Senators.  Also please write to acting FDA Commissioner Dr. Lester 
Crawford (see below).
