| It could be so simple but it isn't! I have requested that my medications be labeled in Braille over and over again. It doesn't happen even though it is listed as a service on the prescription forms. I had my physician write the request on the original prescription and that worked in part. The information provided in Braille on the medication bottle did not include the prescription NUMBER which is required for renewal. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
