| I am questioning the 2 hour prior notice requirement from FDA. Currently with CBP there is a 1 hour notice. What are the reasons that one agency is 2 hours and another is 1 hour. CBP's objectives are to control threats against the United States of America. If the two agency's are working together why can we not have one prior notice timeframe. This has effected our buisness due to just on time delivery to our DC in El Paso, Texas when we ship later in the afternoons or evenings.
Overall, what is the reasoning behind two different prior notices when both CBP and FDA are searching for a common result?
