| My Organisation is exporting tuna to the USA. We are registered re/ bio.terr.act.
We have just become aware of prior-reporting. I have a shipment arriving today at Los Angeles with no prior report notice. I need a day to get familiar with the prior report format and terms. The next shipment ( packing tomorow ) should be ok re/ PR. But I am worried about todays arrival. I heard that the grace period ran out on last fri-14th from an AQIS communication. I hope that the US customs guys cut a little slack in this work-up period. We take our exporting responsabilities seriously but the education system to the new BIO/TERR. act here in Australia has been almoast non- existant. My FDA acc/ # is sou83446. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
