Question #1: Should the FDA require that the words "intake of trans fat
should be as low as possible" be included on food packaging?

Yes, I believe the FDA SHOULD require this to be included on food packaging.

Question #2: If a product contains less than half a gram of trans fat per
serving, should a food manufacturer be allowed to say on the packaging that
it is "trans fat-free"?

No, I do NOT believe a manufacturer should be allowed to LIE.
