The subject act would create an undue financial hardship on our industry. Major changes at great expense would be needed to make the documentation that is being requested available within 4 to 8 hours of the FDA's request. I urge you to be more thoughtful of the consequences of such regulations for our industry. The burden of these additional costs will be ultimately passed on to the flying public adding additional hardship to the airline industry. This effort is focused on post-incident fact finding.
