Dear Sirs:

As a supplier of food products to the airline industry, we are sensitive to concerns that have led to the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002.

However, the proposed rules will result in record keeping requirements which will have a severe administrative impact on all facets of the inflight foodservice industry.

Please re-evaluate the proposed record keeping requirements in view of the ramifications these regulations will have on an already distressed industry, and modify the procedures to be more workable and less burdensome for the companies involved.
