Please know that we are in extreme opposition of the above new proposed rules.  The cost of operating our business under these conditions would have severe operating costs associated with the cost to implement.  Our business would most likely fail.

We have taken our own steps to upgrade our operations to heighten security.  These steps we feel are reasonable within operating costs that we can sustain and still run our business.
