Ephedrine Alkaloids in small reasonable dosages have a use and a place on the supplement shelf. Our family has used compunds containing ephedra for several years to good effect.
Extra energy and reasonable weight control have helped us maintain our healthy lives.
Please do not penalize those of us who use the compounds as directed. Abuse and overuse will always be a problem but consider the source of the abuse.
Remember, nearly ANYTHING can be detrimental in large quantities!
