Ephedra should not be banned just because some people have abused the product. When taken correctly products containing Ephedra have helped millions of people lose weight. The effects of obesity are far worse to your health that the use of Ephedra. I am a consumer of dietary supplements and I am concerned with the way the media has distorted the truth about Ephedra products.
