I am taking a supplement, called Bio Lean, which contains Ephedra.I am taking it for two years now and I have never had any serious adverse reaction.I didn't lost any weight, because I don't have to lose weight, but my sister, nephew and my girlfriend has lost a lot of weight with Bio Lean.
