I've heard reports that Docket 02D-0324 was not listed as a selection on your e-mail form for some undetermined period of time. I've also been told that once this docket number was finally listed, e-mail comments sent to it bounced back (e.g. this happened to someone who submitted a comment on 2-7-03). This might call for lengthening the comment period again.
