|
The FDA already has enough legislative authority to regulate supplements. DSHEA actually protects the public helath. FDA has finaly started to implement the law by taking aggressive action against unsubstantiated dietary claims as well as recently issuing a proposed rule on good manufacturng practices for supplements.
