To penalize the entire Nutritional business because of concerns over one specific ingredient (Ephedra) would put the entire industry in jeopardy. Insurance costs for health care have gone thru the roof and many insured and uninsured consumers now resort to self medication with nutritional supplements. If DSHEA is eliminated, FDA approval required, and label requirements changed, then these costs will ultimately be passed on to consumers. Not a good idea.
