I believe that ephedra should not be banned. I have been using ephedra for about 5 years for weight loss. I have only experienced good results with ephedra. Most of this is due to using it in it's recommended dosage. I believe that ephedra should not be banned to those who use it wisely, because someone decided not to. There are many other products that people missuse, that are benifitial to people's health,which are not being reviewed(ig.asprin,cough syrup). Please rethink this issue. Ephedra has changed my life for the better.
