I have taken an ephadra product called BioLean for 4 years. I take it only as directed and find that it improves my energy, my outlook on life and my general health. I have also given samples to many people who have become dedicated consumers of the same product.
I believe this is a very misunderstood herb that must be taken intermittently and in moderation to be effective. I wouldn't want to live without it. Most importantly, I believe I should have the choice of using it or not.
