Ephedra has been available and used for over 5,000 years.
Ephedrine is a manmade concentrated substance and as such
poses a health risk. This is the product that needs
careful attention, not the herb Ephedra. Let us understand
clearly that it is not the herb used properly creating
health risks, rather it is the manmade concentrated substance used unwisely that is the health risk.
Let us not legislate away the individual choice of health
care and products used.
