In June 1997 I was up to 252lbs and was on blood pressure medicine for several years. I was introduced to the AM-300 product by some friends and started taking it in July of that year. I lost a total of 71lbs and was off my blood pressure in four months. Here it is March 2003, I've kept my weight off, no blood pressure medicine, and I feel great. AM-300 changed my life.
