I have lost 25 pounds without having to go on a diet and have enjoyed AM-300 for over 2 years. This is a very safe and effective product that I enjoy and want to be able to continue taking without anyone telling me that I can not. It only has 12 mg of ephedrine group alkaloids in it and I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon.
