I am sure that the FDA has standards already in place to prevent the entry of devices to the market that are unsafe. I am suspect of isolated margin groups that petition the FDA. Do they have substantial documentation that the petition they are presenting will decrease the incidents of needlestick exposures.
May I respectfully request more information on the petition?
