Subject: Docket No. 01N-0067 - Against FDA Rule

To Whom It May Concern:

I support Consumers for Dental Choice in wanting mercury amalgams classified
as Class III. It is high time the burden is switched to the manufacture to
prove it is safe.

I request that the FDA use the most recent and most relevant research from
peer reviewed scientific publications instead of the old and out-of-date
research.

I seek a public hearing and REBUTTAL and REPLY after new 60-day Comment
period, and further, I request a  NEW Advisory Panel regarding mercury
dental fillings.

I believe that your rule would undermine state's that have developed strong
laws with disclosure language and it would hide the risks of mercury
fillings.
