From: Jaffe, Lyle D Sent: Wednesday, September 04, 2002 8:53 AM To: Dockets, FDA Subject: FW: MS Symptoms - Aspartame Disease -----Original Message----- From: Betty Martini [mailto:Bettym19@mindspring.com] Sent: Monday, September 02, 2002 2:18 AM To: SIKONOMO@aol.com Subject: Re: MS Symptoms - Aspartame Disease Dear Susan: If you go to www.dorway.com/nomarkle.html you will see Dr. H. J. Roberts position paper, Multiple Sclerosis or Aspartame Disease? You will notice that Dr. Roberts says a diagnosis should not be made until the patient is off aspartame for several months. Be sure you take that to your physician so he understands. In fact, there is now a large chapter in the new medical text on the global plague of Aspartame Disease called: Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, www.aspartameispoison.com or www.sunsentpress.com or 1 800 814 - 9800. Unfortunately, many times physicians will start toxic drugs and this makes the problems worse. Please advise your physician about the medical text, and there is a chapter on how the physicians should treat you. Also be sure to fill out the Medwatch form to the FDA and send me a copy. There is also a detox page on www.dorway.com I'm so sorry you've been through this but glad you now know about aspartame. Why not click on to the Aspartame Support Group and we can help you further. Also, we are now taking case histories for class action having to do with eye deterioration, blindness, seizures and brain tumors. so if you have the eye problems please do give me your contact information and case history and I'll forward it on to attorneys. Right now the most important thing is for you to know what to do and get better. There is a chapter on detoxification in the medical text. And there is more information on al lthis in Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills by neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, M.D., www.amazon.com Also, Dr. Blaylock says in his book to take magnesium citrate to protect the heart and brain from excitotoxins. And Dr. Roberts in his medical text says to flush out the body with distilled water but from a glass container. Aspartame is a chemical hypersensitization agent so you have to be very careful. It interacts with vaccines, other additives and toxins. Basically, you have to avoid any processed foods, especially anything that says artificial and natural flavors. Aspartame Disease mimics MS as it destroys the central nervous system, And sugarfree gum is one of the worst because as Dr. Roberts says, aspartame is actually a drug with small molecules, and works like nitroglycerin under the tongue. It goes through saliva straight to the brain. But the most important thing is you have found out, and from this point its all up. So dry your tears and get the web site and information to your physician. Make sure he knows about the books. Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, has a chapter on drug interaction and he needs to know everything involved so he can help you with full understanding. Many people were simply misdiagnosed, got off aspartame and got well. I look forward to hearing about your improvement. You've been on the toxin so long it may take awhile but I pray for your improvement. This next weekend is Aspartame Awareness Weekend and you can help by getting the position paper to other neurologists so they can save other victims who demonstrate MS symptoms who in reality are suffering from Aspartame Disease. All the symptoms that I have are listed before my eyes when I went to aspartame truth. Com. I began to cry so seriously that my husband freaked. Now I feel I know the truth-Aspartame Poisoning. Thank you & all those who have web sites explaining the TRUTH! Susan
