Subject: Drug Company commercials
I urge the FDA to ban drug companies from advertising their products to the public.  

Drug prices have skyrocketed in recent years.  Drug companies will blame it on R&D dollars, but a good part of it is the billions spent on advertising.  Drug prices are raised to cover advertising costs.

The ads now are also confusing to the public.  They urge the public to ask their doctor if a drug would work for them, but they don't say in the ad itself what the drug is for.

So, please use your power to restrict drug advertising.
