A Comment on Freedom of Speech

Dear FDA:
In spite of the current fashion to pretend that corporations are entitled to 
the same protections, under the First Amendment, as individuals, the idea is 
not healthy. Corporations are artificial persons. They may not say anything 
they want. Their speech must be regulated for reasons of Health and Welfare 
of the public. Public health should be a higher priority than freedom for 
corporations.
