It is my position that commercial speech should only be used in ways that create no victims. If an entity feels that their right to make money supercedes a moral obligation to create no victims then at the very least they should be required to disclose, loudly, their intent. It is unbelievable to me that the U.S. allows food products with GMOs or other detrimental ingredients to reach consumers. To not even mandatorily label such products shows the depth of contempt for, and fear of, a knowledgeable thinking consumer base.
