Subject: protect citizens not companies

It is appaling to me that we give so many rights to corporations as if they were people Corporations are not people and they are not held accountable for there actions as people are  therefore they do not deserve free speach. Why should they be given the same rights as a HUMAN Being if they are not given the same penalties for murder, robbery, forgery, and fraud? Corporations are far too powerful all ready their "commercial speach" is taking away the rights of the individual. I certainly hope that the FDA considers public health more important than protecting corporations or there right to advertise.    Sincerely, Cathryn Raphael Cordray
