Subject: 02N-029-Request for Comments on First Amendment Issues

I writing this email in support of strong regulation
for "commercial speech." I believe that corporations
have no first amendment rights and the statements made
by them describing their products should be 100%
factual. The only way to guarantee that consumers do
not get ripped off is to have strong FDA authority.
Americans are sick of getting ripped off.
