8. Do FDA's speech-related regulations advance the public health concerns they are designed to address? Are there other alternative approaches that FDA could pursue to accomplish those objectives with fewer restrictions on speech?

COMMERCIAL FREE SPEECH IS A FICTION CREATED AND DESIGNED BY COMMERCIAL INTERESTS WITH PROFIT AS SOLE PURPOSE. IT IS USED TO OBFUSCATE AND SELL. WE THE PEOPLE ARE HARMED WHEN PREYED UPON BY SUCH OVERWHELMINGLY FUNDED AGENDAS. I APPLAUD RESTRICTING SPEECH FOR ALL COMMERCIAL INTERESTS ,DRUGS OR FOODS. WITNESS THE RECENT SURFACING OF RESULTS OF DRUG TRIALS OF HORMONE USE BY WOMEN WHICH HARM INSTEAD OF BENEFIT. WHERE WAS THE FDA? AND THE RESULTS OF LOW FAT DIETS AND PROCESSED FOODS ,SO LUCRATIVE FOR COMMERCIAL INTERESTS BUT SO HARMFUL TO THOSE OF US THAT BECAME OBESE AND RUINED OUR HEARTS WHILE BELIEVING THE LIES.
