9. Are there any regulations, guidance, policies, and practices FDA should change, in light of governing First Amendment authority? Freedom of Speech for citizens of the United States should and must be unassailable. Corporations are not, however, citizens. As such while we should be careful not to gag what for profit institutions can say, we should be even more vigilant in ensuring that they not be allowed to mislead the public through advertisements.
