9. Are there any regulations, guidance, policies, and practices FDA should change, in light of governing First Amendment authority?

I am very concerned that corporations are going to be allowed to enjoy First Amendment protections. They are not individuals but very powerful (wealthy) groups of people, employing psychologists and social scientists to hold the publics attention and to persuade our children (and us) to consume things we do not need. Corporations are given too much freedom of speech as it is. Please find ways to restict their freedom of speech!!!
