We would like to make the following comments in response to some of the provisions in the U.S. Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness Act of 2002 for which FDA is required to issue regulation.
Section 305:
If a (Dutch) exporter has no US-agent, must in that case the complete client base be registered or is the registration of the (Dutch) exporter sufficient?
