As we don't have any feed mill registred to FDA, what such a registration will mean for those feed mill who may export animal feed to USA? Will they have to comply with the same regulations required for US feed mills? Will they have to comply with any new regulations that FDA may impose for a bioterrorism purpose or any other purpose? We'd like to have a clearer scope of that registration.
